A To make a spray can work, you basically need to do two simple things:
1. Shake the can very well, at lease 2-3 minutes to mix the pigments with the solvents.
2. Remove the black Safety ring under the spray nozzle.
Here is a video we made to show the process:
Montana Cans are made in Germany according to highest manufracturing Standards. Defective cans are extremely rare.
Shaking our cans very well is even more important than for cans of other manufracturers due to the extremely high pigment load in ours. During storage, those pigments tend to settle down over time and if the can is not shaken properly before use, those pigments may clog the pipe inside the can which transports the paint to the valve. If that should happen though, just leave your can sitting somewhere for a few hours or over night, pick it up, shake it very well and it should work again.
LEGAL NOTE Every project is unique and individual. Factors such as the elements, substrate material, undercoating, and ambient room temperature all influence the application quality and drying time of the coating being applied. For best results, allow the longest possible drying time to prevent problems occurring during the curing process.
